Think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self! Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Principal Solution Architect, Sales Performance Management (SPM) to join our Professional Services team in the UK.

Your Impact

As a Principal Solution Architect, you are responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will:

• Serve as the Architectural SME for large-scale Sales Performance Management implementations
• Work with customer teams to transform and optimise business process through the Anaplan Platform
• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
• Support scoping, estimations and customer presentations as part of a Solution Sales process
• Assist with knowledge management, mentoring and enablement across the Professional Services Teams
• Maintain relationships across internal teams, customers and partners
• Design and lead development of data integration and migration solutions
• Support and oversee UAT testing and deployment

Preferred Skills

• Tenured experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, SAP, Varicent or similar)
• Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management (Sales Forecasting, Territory and Quota, Incentive Compensation Management)
• Ability to lead and consult on complex projects
• Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology
• Experience of data integration processes and platforms
• Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Results-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter
