Available. Appointed as Senior (Grade H), you will automatically progress to Principal (Grade I) upon meeting the Essential Job Requirements of Principal.
We are experiencing a sustained increase in Building Regulations applications in our fast-growing District. We seek a Senior or Principal Surveyor with at least Class 2D registration, capable of handling all application types and mentoring less experienced team members towards higher registration classes.
Our work ranges from small domestic developments to large, complex commercial projects, including developments around Oxford, Banbury, and Bicester, and domestic projects in Conservation Areas. Your responsibilities include desk-based review of Full Plans submissions, customer support, and site inspections. Collaboration with Development Control, internal teams, and Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service is essential.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, proactive, and adaptable to hybrid working arrangements, including occasional office presence.
