Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Principal Scientist for a leading pharmaceutical company in the Berkshire area. You will drive translational research, design and deliver translational data to underpin biomarker and quantitative pharmacology strategies, and shape a new team.

Working with cross-functional biomarker teams, you will deliver high-quality experimental solutions using flow cytometry, interpret complex data, and present findings at project meetings to influence study

Qualifications

Relevant degree in a biological discipline.
Extensive industry experience delivering translational biomarker data.
Expert knowledge and practical experience with flow cytometry and analytical software.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality experimental solutions using flow cytometry.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand underlying biology and present data at project meetings.
Implement strategic scientific understanding to communicate feasibility and impact on study data interpretation.
Represent the team as a Subject Matter Expert in stakeholder interactions and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
