Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Scientist to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Berkshire, UK, on a 12-month contract. You will contribute to early clinical development by designing and running translational experiments to understand disease mechanisms.

You will work with in vitro, ex vivo, and potentially in vivo models, analyze high-dimensional data (Bulk RNAseq, scRNAseq, proteomics), and collaborate with teams and CROs to progress therapeutic molecules.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in immunology and stromal biology.
• Experience integrating multi-source datasets.
• Experience with high-dimensional data like Bulk RNAseq and scRNAseq desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and run in vitro, ex vivo, and potentially in vivo experiments.
• Analyze large datasets including Bulk RNAseq, scRNAseq, and proteomics.
• Set up and run translational in vitro assays with complex cell culture models.
• Collaborate with project teams and manage CRO external studies.
