Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Principal Scientist for a leading pharmaceutical company in the Berkshire area. You will drive translational research, design and deliver translational data to underpin biomarker and quantitative pharmacology strategies, and shape a new team.

Working with cross-functional biomarker teams, you will deliver high-quality experimental solutions using flow cytometry, interpret complex data, and present findings at project meetings to influence study

Are you a passionate Principal Scientist with a knack for innovation and agility? Join a leading pharmaceutical company, based in the Berkshire area, and be part of a dynamic Translational Research group. This role offers you the chance to shape a new team and make a significant impact by delivering key translational data to support clinical biomarker and quantitative pharmacology strategies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Principal Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• 1. As the Principal Scientist, you will design and deliver high-quality experimental solutions using your expertise in flow cytometry and other suitable technologies.
• 2. As the Principal Scientist, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand the underlying biology of therapeutic approaches and present data at project meetings.
• 3. As the Principal Scientist, you will implement strategic scientific understanding to communicate feasibility and impact on study data interpretation.
• 4. As the Principal Scientist, you will represent the team as a Subject Matter Expert in stakeholder interactions and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Principal Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• 1. Relevant degree in a biological discipline.
• 2. Extensive industry experience delivering translational biomarker data, ideally in preclinical to clinical drug development.
