Are you an experienced financial services recruiter looking for more flexibility and autonomy? Do you want an excellent client platform to leverage from the start? Perhaps you are bored of working with a slow-paced or portal-led desk? If this speaks to you, then this role could be for you.

We are looking for relationship-driven, phone-based recruiters to join a highly profitable boutique.

The Company:

• Middle Office Boutique focused on Trading Houses, Investment Banks, and Hedge Funds
• Average £13k - 11 day average turnaround from job on to offer
• Founder has 20 years in the FS recruitment space; you'll be working directly with him
• 200 signed terms with perm and contract job flow
