Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a Principal Quality Improvement Consultant to help health and social care providers achieve and maintain regulatory compliance across the UK. You will inspect, advise, and lead improvement initiatives that elevate service quality.

In this national role, you will work with owners, directors and leaders, travel extensively, and deliver practical, sustainable improvements that enhance governance and patient and client care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current or previous experience as a CQC Inspector (or equivalent regulatory role).
• Significant experience in adult social care regulation, compliance, quality assurance, or inspection.
• Proven ability to produce detailed inspection reports and improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive mock CQC inspections and assurance reviews.
• Assess services against CQC framework, regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Evaluate governance, leadership, quality assurance, safeguarding, and operational effectiveness; produce detailed reports and executive summaries.
