Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd. is recruiting a Principle Programme Manager for a 6-month contract on government construction projects near Milton Keynes. The role offers £925 per day inside IR35 for umbrella arrangements and a hybrid working pattern with three days onsite.

You will lead across the project lifecycle from concept to handover, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality. DV/SC clearance is required, and preferred experience includes NEC4, GC Works or FIDIC contracts and

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering, infrastructure, construction or security projects.
• Proven ability to lead senior project managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Experience in governance, assurance, risk and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the project lifecycle from concept through to handover and operational acceptance.
• Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Maintain governance and project controls to align with customer requirements and objectives.
