Genomics England is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the trustworthy stewardship of genomic data and relationships with participants who share their data for research. You’ll drive vision, strategy and outcomes across multiple products, coordinating discovery and delivery with squads and policy teams.

You’ll shape roadmaps, OKRs and governance, guiding teams through early discovery and ongoing delivery while maintaining participant trust and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery from its earliest stages, framing complex and ambiguous problems, gathering requirements, testing assumptions and using research and evidence to determine where teams should focus.
• Lead products and services, with consideration to the full lifecycle, adapting direction as evidence, user needs and products evolve.
• Building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, communicating direction clearly and creating the conditions for cross functional teams to succeed.
• Mentor Product Managers and help strengthen product practice across teams.
