• Lead discovery from early stages, framing complex problems and gathering requirements.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, backlogs and measurable OKRs aligned with priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data and governance.
• Balance participant needs, feasibility and regulatory responsibilities in trade-offs.
• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to best practices across chapters.
