Job summary

Genomics plc is seeking a Product Manager for Data and Analytics to bridge strategy and delivery on the Mystra platform. You will turn approved initiatives into clear epics and features that engineers and scientists can execute with confidence.

You will own the move from discovery to delivery, set the why and the what, and partner with Engineering, Design, and User Research to ensure feasible, coherent work grounded in real user needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency with genomic data and ability to read GWAS papers.
• Experience in product management or product ownership.
• Ability to define features with clear criteria and acceptance tests.

Responsibilities

• Break down strategic initiatives into 2–4 well-scoped epics and features.
• Create a living context document with workflows, personas, edge cases, constraints.
• Work with SMEs, Data Services, and engineering to ensure feasibility and rigor.
• Lead delivery kick-offs and bi-weekly check-ins, making prioritisation decisions.
