Genomics is seeking a Product Manager for Data and Analytics on Mystra, bridging strategy and execution for a scientific data platform. You will define why and what to guide delivery teams toward scientifically valid, technically sound outcomes.

In this hybrid role based in Oxford or London, you will shape epics, collaborate across sciences, data services, engineering, and design, and ensure delivery aligns with expert users' criteria.

Formación

• Fluency with genomic data; read a GWAS paper, understand p-values, and considerations of population diversity.
• Experience in writing strong requirements across functions and weighing trade-offs.
• Ability to define features with clear done criteria and delegate story-level detail.

Responsabilidades

• Break down strategic initiatives into 2-4 well-scoped epics and features with rationale.
• Create a living context document with workflows, personas, edge cases, and constraints.
• Collaborate with Scientific SMEs to ensure requirements are scientifically sound and with Data Services on ingestion capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and User Research to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
• Lead delivery kick-offs and bi-weekly check-ins; make clear prioritisation decisions.
• Identify ambiguities and feed back to the Director of Product Management to sharpen next initiatives.
