Unity Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the LevelPlay mediation platform to shape strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution. You will influence auction dynamics, bidding, and publisher tooling while partnering with ML/data science to optimize revenue for developers and Unity.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, end-to-end ownership, and collaboration with engineering and monetization teams to deliver high-impact platform features across Unity's ad ecosystem.

Competenze

• Extensive product management experience at principal level or equivalent.
• Deep ad tech knowledge: mediation, in-app bidding, or programmatic auctions.
• Experience owning platform products end-to-end from definition to scale.
• Strong analytical rigor with experimentation and revenue-impact decisions.
• Ability to partner with ML/data science teams to deploy models in production.
