Unity LevelPlay is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of the LevelPlay mediation platform. This senior IC role will drive strategic bets across auction dynamics, bidding infrastructure, and publisher-facing tooling, influencing monetization across Unity’s ecosystem.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams, own the roadmap, and mentor junior PMs while aligning Grow and Create divisions for a unified developer experience.

Qualificações

• Extensive product management experience at senior levels with strategy ownership.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech platforms and in-app bidding.
• Strong analytical rigor with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Shape vision and roadmap for LevelPlay mediation platform from planning to launch.
• Make high-stakes platform decisions on auction mechanics and revenue optimization.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and monetization teams to ship at scale.
• Engage with publishers and ad networks to validate direction and represent developers’ voice.
• Align Unity Grow and Create divisions for a unified experience.
• Mentor PMs across the LevelPlay team to raise strategic decision quality.
