Job summary
BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Principal Process Engineer to join our collaborative Process Engineering team. You will deliver process engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers while strengthening client relationships.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams across sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, chemicals, and more, with hybrid working options and opportunities to travel for site
Qualifications
- Degree required in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in one or more sectors: Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Chemicals, Life Sciences.
- Experience producing detailed process engineering designs and calculations.
- Senior/lead engineering experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver process engineering solutions across full lifecycle from concept to operation.
- Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
- Build client relationships and support stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop technical capabilities.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
