Job summary

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Principal Planner (Section 106 Legal Agreements) to join the Planning team in Cardiff. You will act as the lead Officer on planning and legal agreements, providing strategic advice and ensuring effective handling of S106 funds.

• Implement the Council’s S106 system for effective money management.
• Monitor development activity and conduct site visits.
• Prepare and publish annual s106 and housing monitoring reports.
