TSR-Legal is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Planning to join our Cardiff team, handling major infrastructure, regeneration schemes and development projects. You will lead on significant matters, grow client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a thriving national practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years’ PQE in planning law.
• Strong technical capability handling complex, high‑value matters.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills; able to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead on significant planning projects and oversee high‑profile matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors.
• Coach and mentor junior lawyers within the planning team.
• Contribute to growth and strategic direction of the Cardiff practice.
