A national property consultancy is recruiting a Principal Planner for its Glasgow office. Planning sits alongside a wider range of property services, giving the successful candidate access to clients and projects from across the development lifecycle.
Ready for more ownership, better project exposure and a clearer route forward?
This role is built around one central idea: manage planning instructions within a national property consultancy and collaborate with agency, valuation and rural teams. The team’s current workload includes residential, commercial, rural, energy and mixed-use development across Scotland.
Mrtpi; scottish planning experience; strong client skills and ability to manage multiple commissions. You should also be organised, dependable and able to explain planning issues in straightforward language. The business is interested in people who value good advice and long-term client relationships rather than unnecessary internal politics.
The salary is £45,000–£57,000 plus benefits. The wider package includes hybrid working, bonus, pension, healthcare and professional development. Exact arrangements will depend on experience and will be discussed openly during the process.
