Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Engineer to support delivery of offshore wind projects, designing and analysing fixed and floating foundations for turbine generators and substations, and guiding concepts through FEED and detailed design with a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold a Master’s degree in Offshore Structures or related discipline, be Chartered or working toward chartership, and bring practical SESAM or SACS experience (or similar).

Qualifications

• Master's in Offshore Structures, Ocean Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyse offshore structures, fixed and floating foundations for offshore wind turbine generators and substations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver structural engineering projects and ensure compliance with standards and certification requirements.
• Assess, review, and interpret technical inputs required for offshore structural design.
• Prepare technical reports and supervise drafting of manufacturing drawings for the designs.
• Ensure all design work is performed, reviewed, and approved per engineering procedures and project quality plans.
