Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in delivering high-quality technical design work, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes.
  • Prepare briefs, define scopes of work, and assist in bid proposals.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and internationally to provide integrated design solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards throughout the design process.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Chartered Mechanical Engineer status.
  • Proven track record of leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plants, with a solid understanding of UK design standards and working practices.
  • A good understanding of relevant legislation, such as CDM and ATEX.
