Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Extensive mechanical building-services design experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical plant, water services, controls.
• Experience leading technical delivery within multidisciplinary projects.
• Chartered or Incorporated status with CIBSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of heating, ventilation, cooling, water services and related mechanical building-services systems.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, drawings and reports.
• Lead projects from survey to handover, including design reviews and technical assurance.
• Act as mechanical technical lead or Design Team Lead.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and contribute to bids and framework submissions.
