Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Engineer to lead Manufacturing Engineering within the Industrial Transfer Team. You will engage with stakeholders, shape the front-end to delivery of Industrial Transfer programmes and ensure robust manufacturing approaches for bids and operations.

The role combines tactical and strategic responsibilities, includes collaboration with external stakeholders, and requires strong knowledge of manufacturing control, validation, and process engineering.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or equivalent with formal further education to HNC or higher
• Optionally a Degree in a relevant Engineering subject
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work to milestones

Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Engineering focus within the Industrial Transfer Team for bids through to delivery
• Support Industrial Transfer programmes and manufacturing transfer campaigns
