Supercell is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Hay Day team to drive player engagement and business growth through Live Operations and monetization initiatives. You will own multiple areas of the game, working to balance exceptional player experiences with strong business impact.

You will use game data, competitive research, and player feedback to shape engagement strategies, run experiments, and translate insights into player-facing features.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of PM experience in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of engagement drivers and monetization in live service games.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on performance and player experience.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with metrics-driven decision making.
• Bias for data-driven decisions and experimentation.
• Willingness to take calculated risks and share lessons learned.
• Self-starter with ability to leverage AI in day-to-day work.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of live ops and/or monetization initiatives and define the roadmap.
• Define and integrate owned areas into the broader live ops strategy.
• Set goals for major initiatives aligned with game targets.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement player-facing features.
• Apply best-in-class live ops and monetization mechanics for a Free-to-Play title.
