Job summary

Supercell is seeking a Live Ops Game Designer to join Hay Day, focusing on engaging live events and monetisation initiatives. You will own multiple live ops domains, craft fresh events, and iterate on our live ops framework to support both core fans and new players.

You will work with a talented team, using AI tools to automate processes, and help align event narratives with marketing. Relocation support to London or Helsinki is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live-service, free-to-play mobile games.
• Demonstrated track record in running and growing a live free-to-play game.
• Experience with live ops tooling and monetisation mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hay Day Live Ops team to plan and maintain the calendar, balancing events, economy, and content drops.
• Plan and execute fresh game experiences through remixing existing capabilities.
• Generate creative design ideas for new events and monetisation mechanics.
• Plan the live ops economy design to provide intuitive engagement incentives.
