Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal Innovation Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, clinical teams and tech partners, enabling AI-enabled process improvements. You will document requirements, support implementations, and drive adoption of new technologies, including AI agents and Copilot, across European operations.

The role emphasizes governance, training, change management and collaborative delivery with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and clinical trial systems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders, clinical teams, and IT to identify process improvements.
• Support AI-enabled solution implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Coordinate requirements discussions and document functional specs.
• Lead or support system implementations and user training.
• Develop processes, SOPs, and governance for Business Operation Systems.
• Drive user adoption through training, demos and stakeholder engagement.
• Support CAPA, audits, and regulatory inspection readiness as needed.
