Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex system software in embedded or infrastructure SoC space.
• Strong low-level systems knowledge: bootloaders, drivers, OS fundamentals (Linux).
• Proven ability to lead multiple engineering teams and drive technical decisions.

• Provide technical direction across multiple engineering teams from pre-silicon to production readiness.
• Lead and develop team leads; build high-performing teams and engineers' careers.
• Drive planning and execution; translate requirements into priorities and deliverables.
