Job summary

Spektrum is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to support NATO-related client projects from Izmir, Turkey. The role focuses on deploying, monitoring and maintaining enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, AD, DNS, and patch management, to ensure secure, reliable service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with VMware, SCCM or similar, strong scripting (PowerShell), and ITIL-driven processes.

Qualifications

3+ years post-related IT infrastructure experience for higher vocational or 5 years post-related experience for secondary qual.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure management and capacity planning.
Strong practical experience with hypervisors and virtualization technologies.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and Group Policy deployment.
Experience with SQL Server and Oracle database management.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain infrastructure services and components.
Monitor, measure and report on infrastructure load, performance and security events.
Support IaaS systems and resolve data centre alerts and incidents.
Manage virtual infrastructure and software frameworks (VMware, SAN, etc.).
Administer Windows Core AD services and NAT on networks.
Coordinate backups, patching and recovery solutions.
Collaborate with internal units and service lines on daily tasks.
Analyze and resolve incident tickets and implement project work packages.
Provide reports on performance and application management.
