Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services, including professional services and defence-oriented sales. The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) engagement role requires coordinating external project managers, CSU resources and NATO-compliant project governance to deliver complex initiatives from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. Lack of degree may be compensated by strong relevant experience.
• Experience in project management, including development and implementation of business processes to meet identified needs within cost, time and quality constraints.
• Experience advising and ensuring the definition, documentation and completion of small to mid-scale projects.
• Prior experience as a project manager including developing project plans, funding estimates, contracting requirements, and reporting to senior officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to external project managers in the delivery of assigned projects and oversee local project delivery throughout their lifecycle.
• Act as CSU focal point for incoming queries from external Project Managers requesting CSU support; analyze local support, planning and scheduling, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate and facilitate all CSU project-related management activities in line with NATO regulations and NCI Agency policies and procedures.
• Support project milestones and activities in coordination with stakeholders; assist with cost, technical and workforce assessments and engage PMs and CSU elements for planning.
• Support NCI Agency Account Managers in coordinating related Customer Requests (CRFs).
• Build and maintain project documentation, version control, meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers and lessons learned records.
