Job summary

Hippo is a rapidly growing digital consultancy specialising in transforming digital solutions for public and private sector clients. We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst with Identity and Access Management experience to support our mission and join a collaborative, agile team.

In this role you will translate complex or undocumented requirements into clear RBAC models and onboarding specs for Microsoft Entra or similar identity providers, working with experts across data, design,

Qualifications

• Active SC or CTC security clearance.
• Proven BA or IAM analysis experience in identity, security or onboarding.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access requests and provisioning.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation and written communication.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery and governance.
• Able to present findings with evidence to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery with stakeholders to map users, entitlements, risks, and current access.
• Plan and run workshops and align goals with all stakeholders.
• Map current-state and target-state access journeys including provisioning and reviews.
• Review identity processes against best practice and identify efficiency gains.
• Elicit integration requirements for Microsoft Entra or equivalent.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver IAM projects.
• Assist with testing to ensure user-ready functionality.
