Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer to drive high-speed interface design and system-level performance optimization across complex hardware platforms. You will lead SI design and analysis, collaborate with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams, and support board-level validation.

The role requires a degree in electronics, strong SI background, and hands-on experience with HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, and Sigrity to model and mitigate issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in high-speed integrity for digital systems.
• Experience with SI tools: HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, Sigrity.
• Knowledge of high-speed PCB design and interfaces like DDR/SerDes.
• Ability to address system-, board-, and component-level SI challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead signal integrity design and analysis for high-speed digital systems.
• Perform simulation and modelling of high-speed interfaces and interconnects.
• Define PCB stack-ups, routing constraints, and impedance control strategies.
• Support board-level design, validation, and debugging activities.
• Work with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to optimise system performance.
