Graphcore is seeking a senior leader to guide a team delivering high-speed signal and power integrity across AI compute hardware. You will line-manage engineers, shape requirements and delivery commitments across silicon, package, PCB and system boundaries.

You’ll coordinate analysis, drive evidence-based trade-offs, and ensure specialist input is captured and issues resolved. This role blends people development with technical judgement for robust hardware bring-up.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong foundations in signal or power integrity and ability to challenge approaches.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team delivering high-speed signal and power integrity across silicon, package, PCB, and system boundaries.
• Line-manage engineers, shape development plans and delivery commitments, coordinate capacity and tools.
• Coordinate analysis and hardware correlation, ensure discrepancies receive specialist attention and issues are resolved.
