Job summary

GSK is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the team at GSK HQ in London. The role reports to the Global Functions Transformation Lead and focuses on partnering with business leaders to drive organizational transformation and restructuring initiatives.

You will provide expert advice in design, delivery, and execution of restructuring activities aligned with GSK’s strategic priorities. The role is agile and supports peaks in business demand.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale global change projects.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR governance frameworks.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GF Transformation Lead to deliver sizeable global, local or complex change projects.
• Build strong relationships with HRBLs/BPs and leaders to provide tailored HR solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor on restructuring best practices and change management strategies.
• Support development and delivery of restructuring materials and planning tools.
• Ensure restructuring processes comply with policies and local employment laws while maintaining business continuity.
• Develop pragmatic solutions to complex HR queries through policy interpretation.
• Utilise data analytics to inform people strategy and leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement effective change management strategies.
• Monitor restructuring progress and mitigate risks.
