Qualifications

• Fundamental coding experience in two of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Java.
• Fluency with AI-assisted dev tools.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS or Azure (or both).
• Fundamental understanding of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or equivalent technology.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLabCI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting a live product.
• Experience adapting to different tech stacks.
• Knowledge of source control, particularly Git.
• Experience with database technologies of some flavour.
• Experience mentoring, managing and up-skilling engineers.
• Experience providing technical leadership across teams or programmes of work.
• Experience shaping architectural decisions and guiding engineering best practice.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into technical outcomes.
