Job summary

Battenhall is seeking a Software Engineer to help drive product development and innovation. As a strong full-stack engineer with a backend focus, you will own the technical delivery of production systems and coordinate multi-engineer projects in a small, fast-moving environment where team members wear multiple hats.

You will mentor junior engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with internal client-serving teams to translate user needs into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack focus.
• Proven track record of owning technical delivery for production systems on multi-engineer projects.
• Strong backend proficiency (Python) with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue).

Responsibilities
