Job summary

Solvex Solutions is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead Azure AI Search and Elasticsearch initiatives in a London hybrid setup. You will own architecture for large-scale search, vector tooling and GenAI integrations, driving robust, scalable cloud-native solutions across Azure services, containerized deployments, and DevOps practices.

You will bring 10+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Azure AI/Search, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on software engineering experience with large-scale search/AI platforms.
• Deep expertise with Elasticsearch including clusters, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Strong production experience with Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search, vector search and semantic ranking.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize large-scale search and GenAI data pipelines on Azure and Elastic stacks.
• Lead architecture decisions for cloud components, security and scalable deployments.
