Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer for trials to conduct integration, ground and flight test trials of EW systems. You will lead installation, commissioning and provide trials support on land, air and sea platforms.

The role requires experience in electronics, system integration and testing, with strong IT skills and a customer-focused approach; on-site work in Luton and security screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, system integration, testing or qualification.
• Strong customer focus and IT skills including diagnostic tools and MS Office.
• Experience in electronics industry or field and trial support desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration, ground and flight test trials of Leonardo EW systems.
• Lead installation and commissioning on end-user platforms.
• Prepare trials documentation: plans, installation procedures, risk assessments, reports and lessons learned.
