Job summary

On is seeking a Principal Engineer to scale Finance and Operations Technology platforms. You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering of Operations and Finance Technology, working closely with operations and finance engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders based in Zurich, Berlin and London.

Your mission includes leading by example, aligning technical strategy with business goals, and elevating technology through vision and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience building and scaling high-performance, available tech systems.
• Proven experience as a Principal Engineer driving major technical initiatives and strong business acumen.

• Strategically align with Finance and Operations goals, balancing technical solutions with business objectives.
• Elevate Technology by communicating a compelling vision for Finance and Operations platforms.

• Uphold security and compliance across critical Finance and Operations systems.
