Job summary

On seeks a Principal Engineer to lead the evolution of FT/Operations technology from its London office. You will guide high-availability services and drive initiatives across finance, ERP, and logistics platforms, collaborating with stakeholders in Zurich, Berlin, and London.

You will own technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, and ensure security and compliance while delivering robust, scalable systems for global finance and operations needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with leadership on high-performance, high-availability systems.
• Proven track record as a Principal Engineer, building and scaling large-scale services.
