Qualifications

• Qualified and chartered professional in electrical/building services design.
• Experience leading integrated design teams on complex projects.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage difficult situations professionally.
• Proven ability to deliver design work to tight schedules and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design delivery for significant and complex building services schemes.
• Define and agree the design brief with clients and manage relationships.
• Represent Hoare Lea at project meetings to promote services.
• Lead and motivate the internal project team; coordinate with disciplines and external consultants.
• Review and develop work; support professional development of team members.
• Monitor project expenditure, costs and resource needs; report to team lead.
• Identify and manage project and commercial risks and procurement impacts.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, accuracy, and programme deadlines.
• Share technical knowledge across the business and collaborate with other professionals.
• Communicate openly at all levels internally and externally.
