Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation of innovative design concepts for electro-mechanical actuation systems.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to design teams.
• Review and approve design deliverables across the lifecycle.
• Support requirements capture, proposal development, detailed design and production support.
• Ensure compliance with design processes and aerospace standards.
• Develop optimized solutions balancing performance, weight, cost and manufacturability.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.
