ClickHouse is seeking a Principal Database Performance Engineer to join the team behind our high-performance analytics database service. You will drive performance and scalability across the stack, from initial analysis and implementation through production rollout on a petabyte-scale cloud database.

You will architect optimized database algorithms and data structures, drive latency and memory-efficiency improvements, and contribute to a complex, high-performance system with meticulous testing.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in database performance engineering or distributed systems.
• Strong fluency in C++ and performance-critical software.
• Track record of end-to-end performance improvements.
• Deep CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
