Your work will influence the evolution of the platform and play a critical role in driving adoption, satisfaction, and innovation in a fast‑growing, technically complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize improvements to the core database engine, storage layer, and query optimizer
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback that guide product decisions
  • Partner with design, marketing, operations, and sales teams to support feature launches and contribute to positioning and messaging
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related communications, managing expectations and providing updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in cloud‑based SaaS products
  • Deep understanding of database systems, distributed systems, or real‑time analytics platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL and familiarity with query execution, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
  • Experience with databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Knowledge of modern data infrastructure, including data lakes, ETL pipelines, CDC, and data orchestration frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to work on low‑level technical topics, including schema management, query planning, and storage engines
  • Proven track record in delivering features such as database replication, consistency models, and backup/restore workflows
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional influence skills in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Bonus: experience with open‑source technologies or prior startup experience
Benefits
  • Flexible, remote‑friendly work environment within the United Kingdom
  • Employer contributions toward healthcare
  • Stock options and equity opportunities
