Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Expertise with AWS and cloud-native data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience building production-grade data solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimisation of scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Drive best practices across Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and DevOps.
• Work extensively with AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and unblock delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and manage engineers to develop technical capability.
