Qualifications

• Experience in data science and supporting a product organisation.
• Authoritative command of experimentation, from design to causal inference and Bayesian methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with statistical modelling and ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical standard for experimentation across Product Data Science and make it practical with protocols and tooling.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Platform teams to improve experimentation velocity with rigour.
• Own the measurement approach for complex questions where standard experiments fall short.
