Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a senior construction lead to drive data center projects with colocation providers. You will oversee end-to-end site activities, ensure timely delivery within budget, and maintain rigorous quality standards.

You will also manage documentation, commissioning, and vendor contracts, coordinating startup phases and ensuring design plans are followed across power, cooling, networking, and cabling installations.

• Leads the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains documentation, including design review, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
• Implements and oversees quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Conducts detailed site walks and leads startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
• Serves as main contact between the company and colocation providers, and manages contracts with external vendors.
• Oversees installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.

Implements and oversees quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards.

Conducts detailed site walks and leads the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects. Identifies gaps in risk identification and mitigation and develops tailored solutions to address these gaps.

Serves as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers. Selects, negotiates, and manages contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and performance and construction activities align with the approved design plans and specifications.

Oversees the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
