Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Principal Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer to join the team in Whitehaven. You will provide CS&A technical support across the Analytical Services Portfolio, delivering multi-discipline design work from concept to execution.

You will report to the CS&A Responsible Engineer and collaborate with a civil/structural team to define and deliver engineering design packages with compliance to standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent required, 5+ years' Designer experience.
• Experience in highly regulated and quality-assured engineering environments.
• Proactive, solution-focused team player in a multi-discipline design team.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical packages for Analytical Services Portfolio.
• Create Civil and Structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D.
• Ensure project requirements meet standards and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Review project files for compliance with standards/protocols.
• Implement best practice procedures.
