About the role

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring that contracts are aligned with legal requirements, best practice, best value and the Council's strategic objectives. You will also advise and support colleagues across the directorate in all aspects of procurement and contract management, promoting best practice and achieving continuous improvement. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Council to support the commissioning of services and the delivery of a range of transformation initiatives.
