Location: A mix of working in our London office and remote from home.

Role overview

As a Principal Consultant, you will work on engagements with global development clients, including multilateral development banks, philanthropic foundations, and UN agencies. Your work may involve supporting digital strategy journeys, advising on digital programming and investments, and helping clients achieve impact through partnerships with governments, cities, and civil society organizations.

• Conduct mixed-method research and analysis.

Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with a background in digital strategy development within large organizations. You should be able to communicate your work's impact confidently and deliver excellent results.

• Proven ability to deliver comprehensive work from start to finish.
• Experience in strategic decision-making and building strategic capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Pragmatic and proactive in managing client engagements, with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and skilled at visualizing concepts.
• Committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within teams.

Experience in strategy consulting, government, multilateral development banks, UN agencies, or philanthropy is especially valued. Knowledge of digital public infrastructure, digital public goods, and service-led digital transformation approaches is desirable.
