Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading financial services organisation in London to recruit an IT Business Solutions Analyst for the Wealth Management Business Applications function. The role sits between business and technology delivery, owning requirements, solution evaluation and post-delivery ownership.

The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management, agile literacy, and experience across business analysis, product ownership, and application management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Application Management or Technology Consulting.
• Track record of working closely with business stakeholders, not just technical teams.
• Strong Agile literacy.
• Power Platform (ideal).
• Vendor and third-party management experience.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the business and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
• Act as senior escalation point for IT issues beyond standard support channels.
• Support technology initiatives across the business, from small fixes to major cross-divisional projects.
• Ensure applications and solutions are delivered in line with group methodology, with proper governance and reporting.
• Produce annual reporting on software licence usage, ensuring right-sized subscriptions.
• Act as business analyst on selected projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with architecture, security and governance standards.
• Ensure application support is fit for purpose, with proper handover and clear support arrangements, whether in-house or third-party.
• Own documentation, delivery oversight and periodic review of applications, new and existing.
