3Search is seeking a Principal Consultant for its perm practice in London. You will generate new business opportunities, cross-sell solutions, and attend client meetings to deliver top candidates and strategic value.

The role combines high-energy sales with recruitment delivery in a high-performance team. The role offers a base salary of up to £50k plus bonus, with hybrid and flexible working (3 days onsite).

We are hiring a Principal Consultant for our perm practice.

Responsibilities

• Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
• Present findings to client in concise and clear manner Identify opportunities for improved processes
• Work closely with delivery team to provide top candidates
